The acquisition deepens Cisive’s StudentCheck capabilities on its PreCheck platform, giving healthcare-specific colleges and universities a more seamless, end-to-end solution for managing student screening and health record compliance.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Until the acquisition is complete, Cisive and SentryMD will continue to operate as separate companies and maintain their existing client relationships and service levels.
