Self-Service with Real Support
Cisive Self-Service is designed to be easy to manage, but we know the right guidance makes all the difference. Our onboarding process helps new clients understand how to use the platform effectively, follow the right workflows, and support a compliant screening program from the start.
During orientation, we walk your team through the features available in your account, including how to perform searches, review results, and navigate key tools. The session also includes an overview of FCRA considerations and other screening guidelines to help reinforce compliant practices.
