- Instant Request to Cisive: Cisive receives the notification and immediately retrieves pre-populated candidate data to start the background investigation.
- Candidate Tasks: The candidate receives an email with a secure link to complete their authorization and disclosure forms on any device. Their progress is reflected in ICIMS in real time.
- Real-Time Status Updates: Cisive pushes status updates back to ICIMS throughout the investigation lifecycle, so recruiters always know where each candidate stands.
- Case Decision and Final Report: Once the background check is complete, a final status and encrypted results link are sent back to ICIMS. The recruiter accesses the full report without leaving the platform.
