Cisive offers the E-Verify Internet-based system, run by the U.S. government, that electronically compares information that is entered on the mandatory Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 with records contained in the Social Security Administration and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) databases. This program helps employers verify the identity and employment eligibility of newly hired employees. Many states have enacted E-Verify compliance laws.
In conjunction with ATS/HRIS integration, or standalone through our Onboarding Solution, Cisive can facilitate the Web-based I-9 process (utilizing secure e-signature technology) and complete the E-Verify process simultaneously through an interface with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, DHS, providing results to clients within seconds.
